Our Black Friday Alternative: CaliWoods & Friends - Give 20 or Get 20
This Black Friday, CaliWoods is teaming up with a group of conscious NZ brands to offer a refreshing alternative to the typical sales frenzy: the CaliWoods and Friends Give 20, Get 20 campaign. From Friday, November 29th ("Black Friday"), to Monday, December 2nd (“Cyber Monday”), customers can shop with participating brands and choose to either "Give" 20% of their purchase to a meaningful cause or "Get" a 20% discount on their order. For CaliWoods purchases, the "Give" option supports Sea Shepherd, which fiercely protects marine life and ocean ecosystems worldwide.
Through our Boycott Black Friday campaigns, CaliWoods has opposed Black Friday's consumerism for the last six years. As the gift-giving season approaches, we recognise this year has been tough, so we’re balancing our stand against hyper-consumption with an offer that still benefits our community and the causes we believe in. By providing the choice to either give back or save, we're inviting you to purchase with purpose, aligning with our shared values of sustainability, social responsibility, and support for positive change. As always, we encourage a “don’t need it, don’t buy it” mindset at this time!

Bit By Bit offers sustainable and refillable body, cleaning, and tea products, and their chosen charity is Forest & Bird, New Zealand’s leading independent conservation organisation.
Raw Nature NZ, specialising in natural deodorants, lip care, and other wellness essentials, will support Insight Endometriosis, an organisation dedicated to helping those impacted by endometriosis.
How It Works:
Enter the code “Give20” or “Get20” at checkout for any of the four brands. Please note that each brand is able to tailor this code in the way they need. For CaliWoods, the discount or donation will apply to CaliWoods branded products only.
