Coarse facial hair, look out! This weapon of a Shaving Brush is here to demo that 5 o’clock shadow into smithereens. This sleek and silky brush is good for facial hair, underarms, and the bikini area. It's for all those spots that you need a little extra lather.
Dampen the brush slightly, and then lather your soap of choice onto your skin. We prefer the natural CaliWoods Shaving Soap as there are no nasties and it’s handmade (shameless plug, but it really is good!). Made from synthetic bristles and an Aluminium handle. We like to deliver to our community - this was a highly requested product by all of you Safety Razor enthusiasts out there!

Fill the sink or your shaving cup/bowl with warm water. Dampen the brush and apply your soap or shaving cream. Lather and then shave, dipping the brush into the water to remove excess as required. Rinse thoroughly after use.

Rinse the CaliWoods Shaving Brush well when you have finished and leave to dry between uses.
If you are storing your Shaving Brush, make sure the bristles are completely dry. If you find a build-up of soap on the Shaving Brush bristles over time, soak the bristles (not the handle) in a 50/50 solution of water and vinegar for about 15 to 20 minutes.

The Silver or Slate Shaving Brush is useful for anyone with course hair. Typically, this is male facial hair but there’s nothing stopping the others from getting involved too. Very useful for course hair when you are shaving with a Safety Razor.

No, we use synthetic bristles. There was no cruelty-free option that we could find, and the majority of non-synthetic versions are made from badger hair (there was no trace-ability on this in the supply chain).

Brush hygiene is very important for skin health. Do not share your brush. Make sure that the vegan bristles of your Shaving Brush are fully dry before using your brush again. Clean your brush with a 50/50 vinegar water solution (soaked for 15-20 minutes) regularly.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 30 days of noticing any defects.
