Rinse the brush under the tap and add toothpaste or tooth tabs of choice. Make sure you are storing your toothbrush in a dry place between uses. The Bamboo is naturally antibacterial but is still a natural material and will start to break down if left in a wet place.

The bristles on this eco toothbrush are nylon and medium in softness. We have searched high and low for bristles that are compostable and not plastic based. Unfortunately, outside of using animal hair, there aren’t any alternatives on the market at this time.

The handle can be home or commercially composted. Cut off the bristles with scissors into the bin and put the handle into your compost or compost collection bin.
