GF Seed Cracker Recipe with GoodFor

GF Seed Cracker Recipe with GoodFor

We've teamed up with GoodFor Store to bring you a delicious, zero waste, year round crowd pleaser. These seedy crackers are gluten free, vegan and packed with all sorts of nutritional goodness. Perfect for grazing platters, lunchboxes and for a quick snack.

This recipe is a perfect opportunity to ditch plastic and single use waste completely! Our Reusable Baking Mats are perfect for the oven tray lining. They make for a no waste, no hassle clean up so you can say good bye to single use baking paper all together. Simply give them a soak and scrub after each use and they will last for years!

When it comes to the recipe, you can find all the ingredients at your local GoodFor store or order online to make this a completely waste free snack. They provide a wide range of foods and ingredients, all plastic free and will even deliver them to your door!

Ingredients:
1/2 C Sunflower Seeds
1/2 C Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 C Sesame Seeds
1/4 C Linseed
1/4 C Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Flakey Sea Salt
1 cup Water

Method:
Heat oven to 170C.

Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Rest for 15 minutes so the chia and flax expand to bind everything together.

Tip the mixture onto a baking tray (CaliWoods baking mats are a great non-stick reusable product) and spread it out as thin as possible.

Bake for 20 minutes, cut the crackers into your desired serving size and then bake for another 5 mins at a time until golden and crunchy.

Pair with your favourite hummus or guacamole for a fresh and crunchy snack!
