They are minty fresh and come in both fluoride and fluoride-free in different pack sizes - you choose. Each tab is organic, vegan, and gluten-free.
DENTtab Tooth Tablets are free of preserving agents which may cause high abrasion to your teeth. The fluoride option contains 1400ppm of fluoride, which iis within the recommended range of optimum range of 1100ppm to 1500ppm. Simply Chew, Brush, Rinse and Repeat. These fluoride and fluoride free tooth tablets are included in the Bathroom Essentials Kit.

Follow these steps and guides on how to use the eco tooth tablets:
1. Place one piece of tooth tablet in your mouth.
2. Chew the Tab gently until it becomes a little creamy.
3. Wet your toothbrush and brush your teeth like normal.
4. Rinse out your mouth.
Please do not eat these Tooth Tablets - the same as regular toothpaste. Keep out of reach of small children.

INGREDIENTS: Microcrystalline cellulose (polishing agent), sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, silica, sodium lauroyl glutamate, magnesium stearate, natural mint aroma, menthol, stevia, xanthan gum, sodium fluoride (in tablets containing fluoride only), eugenol (a natural part of menthol mint aroma).
DENTtabs has 1400ppm of fluoride, which meets the acceptable dental health range. DENTabs have a 30 RDA (Relative Dentin Abrasivity), unlike the 40-60 standard of regular toothpaste. A low abrasion rate is better for long-term oral health.

Storage: It is very important to store your eco toothpaste tablets in an airtight container after opening the pack. Bathrooms can be moist, humid places and your tooth tablets could go soft and lose their minty flavour.
End of Life: Please home compost the packaging. If no compost is available, please landfill.

DENTtab Tooth Tablets work by polishing your teeth.
They are less abrasive than regular toothpaste.
You will have no toothpaste tubes as waste.

Tooth Tablets do not foam in your mouth like regular tooth paste does. This takes a few brushes to get used to but we often find this becomes the preference for people after a short amount of time. There is still an adequate amount of paste to brush with when using one tab.

The 2 month supply contains 125 Tooth Tablets which is enough to brush twice a day for two months.
The 6 month supply contains 3 packs of 125 Tooth Tablets. This means you can open one pack at a time and keep the rest sealed and fresh. This is enough to brush your teeth twice a day for 6 months.
