Meet our Pot Brush, a super study, plastic-free, bamboo made kitchen tool that will replace those short-lifetime sponges. The pot brush is completely compostable at end of life and does not contribute to plastic pollution. Its Sisal fibre bristles are soft enough to not damage your dishes, but durable enough to scrub away tough food.

To have a long-lasting pot brush, keep your brush upright in a dry cup or holder. Avoid soaking the brush for a prolonged period of time, or exposing it to high temperature like microwave or high-temperature dishwasher.

If you are using the bamboo pot brush for dishes something to keep in mind is that the bristles dry easily, making them less prone to bacteria. Sponges or clothes are more practical for wiping benchtops.

Bamboo is a very sustainable wood and very durable. The lifespan of your brush will depend on usage and care, lasting anywhere between 2-12 months.

The pot brush is 100% compostable at the end of its life, simply bury it into your home compost and it will naturally decompose. For quicker composting times we suggest breaking the brush up into smaller pieces before adding it to your compost pile where possible. If no compost is available, please landfill your brush.
