Soap shakers are a fun and practical way to make your soap last longer and help with that hand washing. These little gadgets work by creating a foam or lather from your soap bar, which helps to distribute the soap more evenly.
Easy to store next to your kitchen sink, Soap Shakers are a blast from the past but are making a come back for good reason. You can say see-ya to plastic liquid soap bottles and economically use a soap bar instead. Traditionally, people used Sunlight soap (which is still available) and there are a few other options as well. Watch this space for a CaliWoods one launching soon.

Simply fill your sink in water, put your solid bar of dish soap into the Soap Shaker and swirl in the water to create enough bubbles to wash your dishes

Made of Food grade stainless steel (18/8) comprised of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. No more than 0.8% carbon and at least 50% iron. The chromium binds oxygen to the surface of the product to protect the iron from oxidation (rust). Nickel also enhances the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
Smooth surface treatment and good weld joint, making it easy to clean and less likely to deteriorate in the longer term. The life-span of the soap shaker will be ten years or more under normal conditions of use.

Soap Shakers have been around for yonks. Ask the older generation of your family and they will most likely recognise the Soap Shaker from years ago. Some things in the sustainability space involve going back to the way we used to do things - before plastic was so convenient and readily available.
